Posted by admin on Monday Aug 2, 2010 Under Death Note Cosplay

Naruto is a very popular anime series with Naruto Uzumaki as the main character that is popular in manga as well. Konohagakure is the place where Naruto came from as a ninja. People don’t admire him so well; in fact, all his neighbors ignore him because they thought he has a demon in his body. He does everything to be the village chief (Hokage) to get the other villages’ appreciation. To be able to have the cosplay of him is very easy. The costume won’t need any hard stitching or embellishing.

Naruto Costume has orange pants and a jacket that is orange and blue colored. For first trials, an orange jumpsuit may be worn. But if you don’t have a jumpsuit, then orange pants and a jacket that is either blue or orange can be zipped on. The pants must be just over the sandals. You can adjust the length of your pants by cutting the bottom part of it. Naruto has a white cloth wrapped on the right leg and thigh. White Ace bandages may be put at it for a cosplay.

The jacket however must be fabric painted for the making of the markings. The color of paint will depend on the jumpsuit or jacket you have which can either be blue or orange. You may lay a masking paint in the parts that has markings just like Naruto’s and make sure to flatten it hard or else the paint will clot under it. After putting all the paint mask in the proper section, goon with the painting and allow it to dry before removing the tape.

With the head, the face must be highlighted by black eyeliner. The eyeliner will be used by the three lines that Naruto face have in the cheeks. The line can be in different angles because it changes in the cartoon with naruto’s many expressions.

With the headband that Naruto has, you can surely buy one in Cosplay Shop that are known to be selling Naruto stuffs. It is suggested too but the real version that is licensed go for metal work which can actually cost far more.

Fad stirred up on these distinct clothes is absolutely different. It may be not luxurious or appealing. But what has been brought to people by them can not be achieved by common fashion ornaments either. Take naruto cosplay costumes as examples. The anime is hot, being loved by many teenagers and even adults. With cosplay costumes that are specially crafted for naruto costume play, people will feel like entering into a real and fantastic world. They aim to achieve a destination in the show. There, they put anything except the aim aside. Honestly speaking, this is a chance for them to make a different life and live their life fully. Now, let naruto cosplay costumes lead you to some funny adventures.

Fullmetal Alchemist

Posted by admin on Friday Jul 30, 2010 Under Death Note Cosplay

Fullmetal Alchemist, is a Japanese manga series written Cheap Cosplay and illustrated by Hiromu Arakawa. The world of Fullmetal Alchemist is styled after the European Industrial Revolution. Set in a fictional universe in which alchemy is one of the most advanced scientific techniques known to man, the story follows the brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric, who want to restore their bodies after a disastrous failed attempt to bring their mother back to life through alchemy.

The story is followed in the film Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa situated two years after the end of the anime. While Edward is working in Germany to find a way to return to Amestris, Dietlinde Eckhart, a member from the Thule Society, discovers the existence of Ed’s world and starts giving him hints to open a portal to Amestris. Alphonse, having been looking for his brother after two years, also discovers the portal and opens it at the same time as his father Hohenheim opens the one from Germany, allowing Dietlinde to enter Amestris and try to conquer it. Edward reunites with his brother and they join forces to defeat Dietlinde. Knowing the danger that both worlds are now connected through the portal, Edward returns to Germany to destroy cosplay that side of the portal, knowing that he would be trapped there forever. Alphonse secretly follows him, having decided to stay with Edward.

The first half of the anime’s plot basically follows that of the manga, but the plots severely diverge from each other near the middle of the story;[1] when Ed and Al reunite with their teacher. A former lover of Hohenheim, their teacher’s teacher, Dante, acts as the series’ main antagonist, appearing only in the anime. Centuries ago, the two perfected methods for making the Philosopher’s Stone, achieving a sort of immortality by transferring their soul and intellect into others’ bodies as they age. Hohenheim was eventually overcome by the guilt of sacrificing lives to make the Stone and left Dante. Although Dante is still able to jump from body to body with the last stone she and Hohenheim created, she does not possess the complete knowledge on how to make one. She uses the homunculi to spur Edward and Alphonse, along with other Alchemists equally desperate, into creating another complete Philosopher’s Stone for her.

The manga was serialized in Square Enix’s Monthly Shōnen Gangan magazine (starting August 2001 and ending June 2010) and currently has 25 tankōbon volumes. It was adapted into an animated television series of 51 episodes by Bones from October 4, 2003, to October 2, 2004, later followed by a film sequel that concluded the story of the anime. Fullmetal Alchemist would later spawn a second series called Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, which first premiered in Japan on April 5, 2009. Another feature film will follow the end of Brotherhood. A multitude of spin-off novels, original video animations (OVAs), drama CDs, soundtracks, and video games have been adapted from the series. A collectible card game, multiple supplementary books, and a variety of FullMetal Alchemist Cosplay and other merchandise based on the characters of the series have also been released.

Lucky Star

Posted by admin on Thursday Jul 29, 2010 Under Death Note Cosplay

Lucky Star’s story mainly portrays the lives of four Japanese girls attending a Japanese high school. The setting is mainly based on the city of Kasukabe in Saitama Prefecture.[4]  The main character is Konata Izumi, an athletic and somewhat intelligent (even though she likes to copy), but also slightly mischievous and laid-back girl who, despite these attributes, is not in a sports club and has to resort to all-nighter cramming for tests. She would rather read manga and play video games than do her homework.

The serialization began with the four main characters in their first year of high school: Konata Izumi, Kagami Hiiragi, Tsukasa Hiiragi, and Miyuki Takara. As the story progresses, they move on to their second and third years. However, the anime starts the story with them beginning their second year, and the other high school girls that are seen in the opening are only introduced halfway through the series. The Lucky Star Cosplay storyline usually includes numerous references to popular past and present manga, anime and tokusatsu series.

Miyuki Takara
Voiced by: Erina Nakayama (drama CD), Aya Endo (anime), Karen Strassman (English)
Miyuki is a young lady from a wealthy family who is beautiful, smart, and well-mannered. She always uses extremely polite Japanese Cosplay Costumes, even when talking with her closest friends. She was the class president for her grade level in her first year, at the same time that she became good friends with Kagami. Now Miyuki is in the same class as Konata and Tsukasa, and is nicknamed “Yuki-chan” by Tsukasa. Miyuki’s classmates often rely on her for help with their studies, and she is often shown giving impromptu but highly-detailed, encyclopedic definitions or explanations on diverse and obscure matters.

She is described as a stereotypically friendly meganekko, or glasses-wearing girl. Cheap Cosplay She is scared of contacts, and of putting them in her eyes, thus why she wears glasses. Her vision is less than 20/200, though it had been good until elementary school, when she began reading books in the dark after her mother dozed off while reading to her in bed. She likes to read books, but does not read light novels. Miyuki loves to sleep, and she always goes to bed fairly early. She hates visits to the dentist, but frequently has to go to fix a loose crown or because of tooth decay. On the rare occasion that she plays video games, her personality changes. Due to her embodying such a large number of moe archetypes—as Konata said it—Miyuki is the frequent-victim of Konata’s playful bouts of verbal sexual-harassment. She is generally seen less than the other three main characters. She is constantly teased by Konata concerning her “protruding curves”.

Gothic Lolita Fashion

Posted by admin on Wednesday Jul 28, 2010 Under Death Note Cosplay

Take cosplay costumes you already own, or do a quick run to the thrift store to find clothes to which you can add Lolita clothing qualities. Great items for this include black dresses, skirts and vests. Remember that the Lolita subculture stems from the Lolita character, so a mix of strong and soft materials and colors is always the underlying theme.

Lolita fashion is all about trims. Everything from a simple black blouse to a plain black skirt has a contrasting brightly colored trim. Measure the length of the garment of section thereof, and measure your lace accordingly. You can hand-sew trim on something small such as a sleeve if you have beginner sewing skills, while using a machine will likely make things more durable in the long run.

Invest in a few essential items. These include a white blouse and/or a black blouse cosplay, one or two full skirts, a good petticoat, bloomers, and knee-high or over-the-knee socks. Blouses vary with style, for sweet you may want a peter pan collar, for classic you may want a high collar. Other elements to look for in a blouse are a nice, tailored look, puff or cap sleeves, a bib or yoke, pintucks, ruffles or a decent amount of lace, and perhaps a neck bow if you wish. The skirts must be around knee length and full enough to fit a petticoat underneath. Also, make sure that the skirt fits on your waist or a little below it, but not at your hips. In order to get the right silhouette, the skirt must sit at the natural waist. After you have these, expand into other colors than black and white. Red, pink, light and dark blue, brown and floral patterns are common. A good petticoat is NOTHING like a square dancing petticoat. A-Line or Bell shaped is recommended. Hoop skirts and light slips will not fill out the skirt correctly.

Get a good pair of shoes and/or boots. Appropriate shoes include the classic Mary-Janes and Mary-Jane inspired shoes, platforms, chunky heels or espadrilles that cover your whole foot. Ballet flats are generally not liked as they do not look quite “right” with knee socks, though you may wear them if you wish. If you’re a beginner, you should invest in a good pair of Mary-Janes, as they will always be acceptable. The heels should be as wide as the natural heel itself. Stiletto heels are sometimes acceptable, if comfortable and not too high. Wedge heels might be acceptable as long as the shape of the shoe is appropriate. If possible, you may go for these kind of shoes on platforms, as long as they are not meant to be fetish shoes.

Try to look as natural as possible. Anyone can wear lolita Cheap Cosplay , but having raccoon eyes or hot pink eyeshadow does not look good with your classic style Innocent World jumperskirt. Try to match your makeup to the style. Gothic? Dramatic deep eyeshadow and a crimson lip work well. Country? Natural, light makeup and pink cheeks do the trick. But no matter what, do not use whiteface makeup. It looks very costume-like and horrible, and only 80′s era goths are known and should be known for doing that.

Japan School Uniform Cosplay Costume

Posted by admin on Tuesday Jul 20, 2010 Under Death Note Cosplay

Today, school uniforms are almost universal in the public and private school systems. They are also used in some women’s colleges. The Japanese word for uniform is seifuku. In the majority of elementary schools, students are not required to wear a uniform to school. Where uniforms are required, many boys wear white shirts, short pants, and caps. Young boys often dress more formally in their class pictures than they do other days of the school year. Girls’ uniforms might include a gray pleated skirt and white blouse. Occasionally the sailor outfit is used for girls. The uniform codes may vary by season to work with the environment and occasion. It is common for both boys and girls to wear brightly colored caps to prevent traffic accidents. Also, it is normal for uniforms to be worn outside of school areas. This is going out of fashion and many students are wearing casual dress.

The Japanese junior- and senior-high-school uniform traditionally consists of a military style uniform for boys and a sailor outfit for girls. These uniforms are based on Meiji era formal military dress, themselves modeled on European-style naval uniforms. The sailor outfit replace the undivided hakama (andon bakama ) designed by Utako Shimoda between 1920–30.[18] While this style of uniform is still in use, many schools have moved to more Western-pattern parochial school uniform styles. These uniforms consist of a white shirt, tie, blazer or sweater vest with school crest, and tailored trousers (often not of the same color as the blazer or sweater vest) for boys and a white blouse, tie, blazer with school crest, and tartan skirt for girls.

Regardless of what type of uniform any particular school assigns its students, all schools have a summer version of the uniform (usually consisting of just a white dress shirt and the uniform slacks for boys and a reduced-weight traditional uniform or blouse and tartan skirt with tie for girls) and a sports-activity uniform (a polyester track suit for year-round use and a t-shirt and short pants for summer activities). Depending on the discipline level of any particular school, students may often wear different seasonal and activity uniforms within the same classroom during the day. Individual students may attempt to subvert the system of uniforms by wearing their uniforms incorrectly or by adding prohibited elements such as large loose socks or badges. Girls may shorten their skirts; boys may wear trousers about the hips, omit ties, or keep their shirts unbuttoned.

Because school uniform cosplay costumes are a popular fetish item, second-hand sailor outfits and other items of school wear are brokered through underground establishments known as burusera, although changes to Japanese law have made such practices difficult. The pop group Onyanko Club had a provocative song called “Don’t Strip Off the Sailor Suit!”[19] Sailor outfits, along with other styles of school uniform, play an undeniably large role in otaku culture and the Japanese sexual canon as evidenced by the large amount of anime cosplay, manga, and dōjinshi featuring characters in uniform Cheap Cosplay, Sailor Moon being one of the most popular examples.
